Joy

Joy is peace. It is the contentment which comes with being able to accept whatever happens and simply make the best of it. Then we will have the ability to rejoice as God suggests in Philippians 4:4, "Rejoice in the Lord slways and again I say Rejoice." Each of us was given the tools to cope with losses. It is up to us to take each one and make the best of it. Proverbs 15:13 sums it up, "A merry heart maketh a cherrful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken." We sometimes have to experience the sorrow to be able to appreciate the joy.
